Position Details

• Las Vegas, NV (Active Nevada Bar license required)
• $135,000 - $200,000+ DOE
• Full-time Associate Attorney opportunity
• Seeking attorneys with 3-8 years of insurance defense and/or general liability litigation experience

Role Overview

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses and experts
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related proceedings
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
